A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Baytown Housing Authority (BHA), in Texas, concerning business pertaining to the Authority will be held at the BHA Office, located at 1805 Cedar Bayou Road, Baytown, Texas 77520, commencing at 5:30 pm on Monday, January 26, 2026.

   1. Resolution 2025-2026-08 To Approve Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2025, Financial Audit
   2. Resolution 2025-2026-09 To Ratify and Approve an Action taken by the Secretary of the BHA on December 18, 2025, for Staff Longevity Pay
   3. Resolution 2025-2026-10 To Approve a Revision of the Personnel Policy to Include Columbus Day (second Monday in October) as an Observed Holiday
7.  Reports:
   1. Receive financial reports regarding the Authority from the Executive Director 
   2. Receive program report from the Executive Director
8. Executive Session:
