The Baytown Housing Authority (BHA) invites sealed bids from contractors for the
installation of replacement windows at Edison Ct., located at 1100 N. 10th St., Baytown, TX
77520. The work consists of the removal and installation of windows for 10 apartments.
Bids will be received until 3:00 P.M. on 9/15/2026 and publicly opened, forthwith at BHA
