A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Baytown Housing Authority (BHA), in Texas, concerning business pertaining to the Authority will be held at the BHA office located at 1805 Cedar Bayou Road, Baytown, Texas 77520, commencing at 5:30 pm on Monday, July 28, 2025.

   1. Resolution #2025-2026-1 to Approve Changes in the Signatories of the Banking Accounts.
   2. Resolution #2025-2026-2 to Approve Housing Solutions Alliance as Developers and/or Consultants for the development of the Hartman property and repositioning of the Sam Houston public housing development.
   3. Resolution #2025-2026-3 to Approve Quorum for Architectural & Engineering Services.
7. Reports:
   1. Receive financial reports regarding the Authority from the Executive Director 
   2. Receive program report from the Executive Director
8. Executive Session:
   
   • In accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, the Board may go into Executive (closed) session to:
     • Consult with its attorney (#551.071) 
     • Discuss Real Estate transaction (#551.072)
     • Discuss personnel matters (#551.074)  
     • Deliberation regarding security devices (#551.076) 
     • Discuss economic development negotiations (#551.087)
