The HCV program provides rental assistance to very low income families.
Eligible applicants receive a voucher which is used to rent a residence.
All rental properties must meet HUD Section 8 Housing Quality Standards. Voucher recipients and landlords must agree to abide by all applicable HUD regulations. |
