Baytown Housing Authority (BHA) has served this community since 1940. BHA is governed by a Board of Commissioners appointed by the mayor. BHA currently operates 92 Public Housing units and manages 833 Housing Choice Vouchers. BHA also owns 30 housing units under the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs. BHA is actively developing new housing units to increase the availability of affordable housing in the community. |
